Meet Our Speakers

Khadr El Chami (also known as Abu Jannah on social media) is a youth speaker, educator, and mentor who strives to make classical Islamic knowledge relevant and accessible to today’s Muslim youth. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education, has studied with local and international scholars, and has been speaking and working with youth for nearly 20 years in both English and French. Today, he teaches Islamic Studies full-time at JMC High School and speaks weekly at the Friday night West Island Halaqa in Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
